Service PLan INformation
Calicom offers a wide range of service plans that are flexible for your business needs and provide you with a reduced service rate. The service plan accounts are valid for the contracted amount of time and may be applied to all maintenance services offered by Calicom. Our service plan clients receive a billing invoice every month along with their service plan account statement. The pre-paid plans may be used all at once or throughout the contacted amount of time for multiple services. In the event your service plan hours were not fully consumed you may request an early service plan account termination and full pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused service hours.
